Qualifications
Must successfully complete all Holiday by Atria specified training programs.
Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Evening Maintenance Attendants will be required to work with caustic materials and cleaning equipment to fulfill their job responsibilities. They must be able to understand English well enough to read and comply with safety instructions for the proper use of such materials and machinery to protect themselves and others (employees, residents, and guests) from injury.
Responsibilities
The Evening Maintenance Attendant primarily performs common area cleaning daily in accordance with Company standards and also performs room turns (getting a room ready for a new resident).
Provide cleaning services for business offices, apartments, interior and exterior public and common areas, and amenities of the community in a safe, neat, clean, and attractive condition.
Provide floor care services for carpet, vinyl, tile, and wood floors, including vacuuming, extracting, etc.
Assist in maintaining community areas, including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, and building exteriors. Ensure garden areas are neat, clean, and in attractive condition at all times.
Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
Help get community unit inventory ready for new residents. Standard unit turn tasks include, but are not limited to, changing plumbing fixtures, replacing switches, light fixtures, or door knobs, and painting walls.
Work with General Manager (GM) to prioritize apartments for room turn (getting room ready for new residents). Room turn tasks are to be completed daily and communicated to GM, who will update the Rent Ready Tracker.
Notify management of concerning needs for repairs.
Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed.
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsibilities
Primary training contact for employees at the business site for training requests, questions, and issues.
Provides training on programs including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, Pharma Distribution, Department skills training (inbound, outbound, etc.) EH&S and QRA.
Prepares for new hire classes including securing classroom space, materials, and meals, and communicating with the new hire about first day expectations.
Delivers learning programs and activities using materials provided by the Learning COE as designed.
Delivers ongoing training for tools and systems as updates are made.
Provides feedback immediately to coordinator and Learning COE if there are gaps in programming or if something is not working as designed. Logs training completions in the Learning Management System (my Spark) and provide follow up to managers at the site on employee training issues.

Assists in the development and education of SMEs and other Peer Trainers by encouraging them to attend development programs.
Monitors and evaluates peer trainer performance and provides feedback.
Attends Train the Trainer Sessions and becomes certified to teach programs. Completes “teach back” sessions.
Receives and acts upon coaching and feedback from coordinator and learning team.
Attends professional development (training skill builders) offered by the Learning COE and actively participates in the Learning Community of Practice

* Maintains expert knowledge of coding to ensure high level of accuracy and proficiency standards of performance are achieved to meet or exceed targets.
* Effectively leads and participates in coding quality assurance/compliance activities that include action plans relevant to audit results including remediation, education, and when appropriate assisting to create and monitor corrective action plans
* Serves as the liaison between the coding operations collaboratively bring each unit together including establishing, building, and maintaining cohesive relationships with the client.

Leverages standard processes, systems, or other vehicles to reduce waste and cost at the facility while improving SLAs, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics and the overall client and/or patient experience. Fosters teamwork atmosphere between business and clinical stakeholders. Provides staff training and mentoring. Provides development of employees through consistent and constructive feedback geared towards accuracy. Rewards and recognizes performance and provides leadership direction during the common review process. Seeks to innovate and foster innovative ideas toward the development of staff to ensure increased employee engagement and employee satisfaction.
* Other duties as needed and assigned by Optum360 leadership, including but not limited to leading and conducting special projects. Develops project work plans, facilitates resource allocation, executes project tasks and obtains assistance from other intra and inter-departmental resources, as required.
* Subject Matter Expert of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Optum360's organizational integrity program, standards of conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED
* AAPC or AHIMA (CCS, CPC, RHIT or RHIA) coding credential
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* 3+ years of experience in inpatient hospital coding
* Experience with MS-DRG and/or APR-DRG
* Experience with ICD-10-CM and/or ICD-10-PCS coding systems
* Experience working collaboratively with CDI and/or Quality leadership in partnership to improve reimbursement and coding accuracy
* Experience with computer assisted coding technologies and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) coding workflow
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work an eight-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Experience:
* 5+ years as a subject matter expert in corporate coding leadership role for large multi-site healthcare organizations with at least 35 coding staff members, both internal and contract as well as remote and/or domestic and global
* Ability to influence change and serve as primary change agent
* Ability to work with a variety of individuals in executive, managerial and staff level positions. The incumbent frequently interacts with staff at the Corporate/National, Regional and Local organizations. May also interact with external parties, such as financial auditors, third party payer auditors, consultants, and various hospital associations
* Operational knowledge of health care related Federal and State regulations, as well as standards from regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations (e.g., CMS, TJC)
