The opportunity
As an Assistant General Counsel for Technology and Managed Services you will be responsible for providing advice, counsel, and legal support in respect of provision of managed services and other technology services and products to EY clients, with a particular focus on advising, drafting, updating and negotiating the legal terms and conditions of client-facing complex, multi-year managed services, outsourcing, systems implementation, application development & maintenance, software licenses and software-as-a-service agreements, artificial intelligence, big data, analytics, cloud computing, as well as providing legal advice and support to various other EY technology and product teams (“Technology & Managed Services Agreements”).
