Oversees and follows up on rental unit inspections and ensures all inventories are completed accurately and timely. Routinely inspects units with housekeeping supervisors to ensure Company standards of quality in cleanliness are met. Conducts annual and pre-arrival inspections of Owners' Condominiums for lost or missing personal items, cleanliness, and maintenance. Ensures Rental Program is being maximized and managed appropriately. Specifies and ensures housekeeping requirements for annual carpet, upholstery, dry cleaning, and maintenance are conducted in a professional and timely manner. Ensures new guest/owner interactive activities are being created and conducted to enhance guest/owner experiences. Routinely inspects Golden Peak facility with housekeeping supervisors to ensure Company standards of quality in cleanliness are met. Regarding F&B areas: Summary Works closely with Food and Beverage Director to coordinate front of house activities for Ridge + River, The Fitz Bar, Breakfast and Banquets operations. Oversees all F&B Front/Back of House Operations by directing, coaching and leading subordinate director/managers/supervisors. Assures all spaces and services are clean, vibrant, well trained and committed to quality service. Assures Ridge + River, The Fitz Bar, Banquets/Catering and Breakfast teams work cooperatively to maximize space / resource efficiencies. Assures front and back of house teams work together to provide exceptional service. Partners with Sales and Marketing team to identify and execute unique, fun and profitable events. Complies with all resort policies and regulations. Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Immediately resolve customer service issues and follow up to ensure total satisfaction. Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire and nametag when working. Effective in listening, understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers, owners and guests. Supports Food and Beverage Director ensuring all outlets are scheduled and staffed effectively and service standards are being developed, trained, and followed through upon. Ensures support staff is accountable for fulfilling their responsibilities and can work efficiently and effectively in the absence of property leadership. Responsible for accurately forecasting the F&B Outlets and Banquets including Ridge + River and Fitz food and liquor revenues as well as payroll and operating expenses for these departments monthly and providing this information on a timely basis to the Director of Finance and General Manager. Ensures appropriate F&B leadership presence at pre and post conference meetings and resume meetings. Provides input and feedback on menus, service opportunities and marketing opportunities to the Executive Chef. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints. Reviews financial transactions and monitor food and beverage operations budget to ensure efficiency, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget guidelines. Provides hands-on support during peak business times. Supervisory Responsibilities Manages one manager who supervises the Front Office Team (approx. 15 employees), manages approx. 30 employees in the Housekeeping Team, and manages the F&B Director who supervises approx. 20 employees including 2 managers and 2 supervisors. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
