Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Program Development and Management:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive after-school and summer program curriculum that aligns with the needs and interests of middle school students.
* Coordinate with school site coordinators and instructors to ensure the smooth execution of programs and activities.
* Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as necessary to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Staff Supervision and Support:
* Recruit, train, and supervise part-time school site coordinators and instructors.
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to staff members to enhance program delivery and effectiveness.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Student Transition Support:
* Develop and implement strategies to support students' transitions from 5th to 6th grade and 8th to 9th grade.
* Collaborate with school site coordinators to identify and address the unique needs of students during these transitional periods.
* Work collaboratively with the Family Engagement team, K-5 team, and College and Career Readiness team to provide support and guidance to students to ensure a successful transition academically, socially, and emotionally through programming.
Community Engagement and Partnerships:
* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program offerings and resources.
* Actively engage families in programs and provide regular communication regarding program updates, events, and student progress.
* Seek opportunities to collaborate with external organizations to expand program offerings and resources for middle school students.
Administrative:
* Provide onsite support for programs, including staff substitution, field trips, transportation, etc.
* Schedule and support student/family registration and evaluation processes.
* Work with other YP programs to align efforts and enhance quality.
* Coordinate marketing requests.
* Support other programs and tasks as assigned.
A successful candidate should possess:
* Background in education, nonprofits, and/or positive youth development.
* Experience and passion for working with youth and families.
* Familiarity with YouthPower365 and our local community.
* Strong project management skills and experience.
* Proven managerial experience and success, team oriented.
* High level of attention to detail.

* Spanish proficiency is preferred.
* Must be able to substitute for staff when needed.

This is a salaried, full time year-round position eligible for all VVF employment benefits.
Salary range is $60,000 to $67,000 based on experience.

The Senior Marketing Manager leads strategic marketing efforts across key areas of the Vail Valley Foundation (VVF). This includes overseeing YouthPower365 & ShowDown Town marketing and managing the YouthPower365/VVF Marketing Manager. In addition, this role drives year-round marketing strategy and execution for VVF's corporate brand and fundraising initiatives. Corporate marketing focuses on building awareness of VVF's mission and initiatives/projects/venues; while fundraising marketing efforts focus on building campaigns and strategy to support the development team's fundraising efforts and events across our organizational pillars: arts, athletics, education, and community supports.
