John M. Deignan is president and chief executive officer of Baker Hill. In his role, he is responsible for consulting with clients to provide guidance and expertise on leveraging technology to drive more profitable relationships. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Deignan spent the vast majority of his career at Diebold Nixdorf, where he held various senior leadership positions. Most recently, he was chief marketing officer, overseeing daily operations supporting all aspects of global marketing and product management for the corporation. He was also vice president of Diebold Nixdorf’s North American sales division, where he was responsible for all commercial efforts and P&L performance for its North America National Accounts organization. Earlier during his tenure, he primarily focused on the community bank and credit union markets, providing him a unique perspective that will foster continued growth and innovation at Baker Hill. Deignan earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marquette University and a master’s degree in International Business from Roosevelt University.

Todd Juracek is a Chief Revenue Officer at Baker Hill and is based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Sales at Harland Clarke Customer Engagement Solutions; Managing Principal at CARREKER CORP; and Regional Vice President, National Accounts at S1. Todd attended University of North Florida.

Strong professional skilled in Software as a Service (SaaS), Angular 2+, .Net Framework, C#, Typescript, JavaScript, SOAP and Restful Web Services, Odata, SQL, SSIS, DevOps, Azure PaaS and IaaS design and build, Azure DevOps, design patterns, framework design, problem solving skills, and deep business acumen in banking and credit union industry. Jeff utilizes his skills of leadership, deep knowledge in the financial sector, and technical expertise to enhance a SaaS platform by creating the right solution for the right situation. Other duties include overseeing code quality, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and mentoring the team to solve complex problems.
