PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Perform a variety of accounting assignments within a Business Unit or functional area of responsibility. Record and report financial transactions, reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements. Produce accurate and timely financial statements as needed, including, if appropriate, FERC based financial statements. Participate, as needed, in the planning and analysis function for the Business Unit or functional area of responsibility in coordination with FP&A. Maintain and identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and support regulatory compliance and business planning by performing analyses. Work closely with other departments and business units regarding accounting activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support and participate in the monthly financial statement close process for Business Unit or functional area of responsibility, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely as well as analyzing and reviewing financial statements and variances. Consult and liaise with operating unit finance personnel on accounting issues.
Prepare, review and analyze account reconciliations for companies and/or designated functions within Business Unit or functional area of responsibility. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements.
Prepare the monthly reporting packages, including analysis of current actual results to prior period actual results for use in internal and external reporting. Assists in the accounting, analysis and budgeting of various accounts in coordination with FP&A.
Interact with internal and external auditors, Controller's Group and Business Units as required to accomplish goals.
Assist, as needed, in special projects and the implementation of changes in FASB/GAAP.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
Entry level, no years of related experience required
Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of Accounting theory, principles, practices and regulations including FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Family Services Advocate is responsible for supporting the larger system of social services coordinated by Head Start. Implements the program's core family partnership, parent engagement, and community partnership functions. Recruit, enroll, and engage in collaborative partnership building with 40 families of children receiving Head Start services.
Conduct home visits annually and as needed with each family based on the family's identified tier level.

Work with families individually to identify family goals, strengths, and necessary services and supports through the Family Needs Assessment and track progress on family goals set in the Family Partnership Agreement.
Ensure parents have opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge in the following areas: Child growth and development; Prevention of child abuse and neglect; Family literacy; Preventative health and safety; Maintaining a medical home; Community advocacy; and Transition activities.

As a Hospice Liaison, you will work closely with hospital staff, case managers, patients, families, and referral sources to ensure timely and appropriate hospice care. Job Responsibilities:
Collect health data and assess patients to determine eligibility for hospice care.
Communicate effectively with case managers, hospital associates, and intake associates regarding patient status.

The Sr OT Systems Security Engineer (OTSSE) will support implementation of the Operational Technology (OT) Security Governance program and provide proactive cyber security risk management. The OTSSE will act as a liaison to OT teams, Security Architects and other CISS teams to effectively communicate and lead OT security engineering design specification, architecting and implementing effective OT security solutions. The OTSSE will also assist with vulnerability mitigation plans, incident response, and security event monitoring engineering support. Graduate degree in cyber security, engineering, or related area of expertise.

Appropriate technical skills and in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and applications, including:
Demonstrated experience and subject matter knowledge of SCADA, ICS, Distribution Automation, Smart Grid, DMS, and ECS systems architecture.
Demonstrated experience and subject matter knowledge of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies for industrial SCADA protocols such as DNP3, IEC-61850, Modbus, Tejas V, CDC 2, Vancomm, etc.
Demonstrated experience in security risk assessments, requirements development, secure design analysis, architecture assessment and development, and security testing of applications and systems.
Extensive experience developing, evaluating, and implementing OT security architectures, technologies, standards, and practices to secure applications and OT.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the implementation of governance frameworks and security risk management processes, such as NIST, ISO, ISA99, IEC 62443 guidelines and standards.
Demonstrated experience in addressing regulatory compliance for the security requirements in applicable laws and regulations, such as NERC CIP, CFATS, or API 1164.
Demonstrated experience and subject matter knowledge in cyber security for applications, web architectures, operating systems, databases, and networks.
Knowledge and experience in application security standards, methodologies, and technologies.
Solid capability to assess network architectures and operating systems for vulnerabilities and develop appropriate security countermeasures.
Solid knowledge and experience with OT security aspects of operating systems, embedded operating systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Remote Terminal Units (RTU), and Protection and Control relays.
Experience in assessing security applications and systems, such as firewalls, security appliances, IDS/IPS, SSL or TLS, IPSec.
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and practical application of cyber and information security principles to business leaders and technical staff.
