Job Description We are looking for a bartender to join our team! This individual will be responsible for taking orders, making drinks, and keeping the bar area cleaned. The bartender will be an outgoing individual with a desire to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities (not limited to): Have a friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to interact with many different types of customers. While other restaurants were dishing up standard issue spare ribs, Mr. Moran decided to serve baby back ribs, something unique at the time. Our famous recipe slowly emerged: a delicate combination of dry rubbing, marinating, roasting, cooling, and a few other time-tested, home-kitchen secrets.

Assists the bartender/cocktail servers in providing satisfactory beverage service by maintaining adequate supplies of garnish, glassware, ice, liquor, etc. at assigned workstations. Duties/Responsibilities: Check with and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies for workstation. Rotate stock as necessary, wash and stock glassware, maintain stock of fruit, fill and replace as needed. Fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, wipe and pick up surfaces as needed, check kegs, replace dirty bar mats, sweep floors, clean screens in glass washer, wipe bottles, clean spouts, clean beer drains, gun drains, counter drains, and ice bins. Cut, slice, and peel perishable garnishes and fruits. Scoop ice from bins, transport to service areas and replenish ice containers. Box and save empty liquor bottles for later return. Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs. Check station before, after, and during shift to insure proper setup and cleanliness. Comply with all Wyoming liquor laws. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Customer service skills Ability to read, write, and understand instructions. Basic math skills specific to position responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to obtain a Wyoming Gaming Commission work permit. Education and Experience: Highschool diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years of age. ABLE certification Basic math skills Knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, drink preparations ingredients, and garnishes. Physical Requirements: Employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. Employees must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
