The Catering Bartender is responsible for serving variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; including beer, wine, signature cocktails, and mixed drinks for weddings and high-end social catered events. Work is performed under the general direction of the Catering Captain, with some latitude for independent judgment. A bartender should have incredible customer service skills, remain personable, and maintain a high energy level while working in a fast-paced environment. They must be well-prepared to handle tough situations and be highly knowledgeable of all classes of alcohol. They must be attentive to guests, have an outgoing personality, and work efficiently. Must have at least 2 years' experience in a high volume atmosphere.

A breakfast/ bar/cook attendant is responsible for the breakfast served to guests each morning. Breakfast attendants oversee the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensure food is available, and provide any other guest services. They help with seating, delivering food and drinks to guests, manage the buffet, and clean tables in between guests.
