The Le Meridien Sheraton Hotel, located in Uptown Charlotte, is a 605-room dual complex with 65,000 sq. ft of meeting and conference space. Bartender will primarily work at City Lights Rooftop. The ideal Bartender candidate will have at least three to six months related experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. PM Shift Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar. Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer. Collect money for drinks and food served. Order and requisition liquors and supplies. Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in bar area. Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints. Use proper etiquette guidelines with guests. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to maintaining the Twin Peaks bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar. THE UNIFORM * Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent. * Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat. * Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained. * Fingernails must be kept trimmed. * Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists. * Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn. * Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
