Sign-On Bonus of $2000!* The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within BSRO. This role is primarily responsible for serving the Boss (customer) through assessing the Bosses' needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring Boss satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Responsibilities

Job Description:
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Work efficiently to service the customers in a timely fashion, prioritizing safety always.
Vacuum and sanitize interior of vehicle and clean windshield when vehicle enters.

Summary:
The ServiceTechnician Repair will fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment either in-house, in the field, or offshore.
Responsibilities of the ServiceTechnician include, but are not limited to:
* Performs service, writes reports and helps identify needed parts.
* Communicates to customers about any issues they were unaware of.
* Presents a good image of the company.
* Arrives at appointments on time.
* Inspects all equipment on site, looks for additional aftermarket or completes opportunities. Take a systems approach.
* Cleans up after the job and/or in the shop.

We are immediately hiring ServiceTechnicians to join our dynamic team, all levels available starting at Entry Level up to Senior Technicians.

What you'll do:
As a representative of Mobile Air, you will coordinate the delivery, installation, and servicing of our rental equipment.
Process customer orders received from sales or the branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster repeat business.
Install and connect heating equipment to natural gas or propane sources and set up flexible ductwork for temporary applications.
Utilize appropriate PPE and fall protection at all times to ensure safety.
Perform initial equipment startup and necessary service repairs, and retrieve equipment from customer locations upon rental completion.
Conduct equipment reconditioning per established work instructions and document returned items, ensuring proper storage in the branch warehouse.
Higher-level technicians will clean, troubleshoot, and repair air-cooled chillers and large tonnage HVAC equipment, including diagnosing refrigerant circuit issues and supporting installations.
We're looking for the following skills/experience:
Experience levels ranging from 0-5 years are welcome.
A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate is preferred for higher-level technicians.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with MRP or rental software is an advantage.
Must pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting practices.
Strong customer service aptitude, effective communication skills, and mechanical knowledge.
A willingness to learn and develop within the company.
Work Schedule:
This position may require working a rotating on-call schedule and being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Travel may also be necessary. Overtime and double-time pay rates apply for applicable hours worked.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lube Tech / Entry Diesel Mechanic to join our team at SRM Concrete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, including trucks, mixers, and other heavy machinery used in the concrete industry. This role is critical to ensuring our fleet operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to meet our project demands and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, electrical systems, and hydraulic problems in diesel engines and equipment.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs.
Rebuild, replace, or repair major components of diesel engines, such as heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on the job site. - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Stay updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the concrete industry or related fields.
Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a plus.
Valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.
Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lube techs, also known as lube technicians, lubricate specific parts of vehicle engines, inspect vehicles for problems that may affect performance, and perform oil changes
Lubricate Vehicles - Lubricate all moving engine parts of vehicles by rubbing specific lubricants onto these engine parts.
Clean Engines - Lube techs clean engine parts to remove grime and buildup, and apply lubricant to these parts to restore them back to good working order.
Inspect Vehicles- Perform vehicle inspections that include examining and testing multiple points of interest on the vehicle, and checking thoroughly for oil leaks. This includes checking all fluid levels in the vehicle, including windshield washing liquid.
Inspect Tires - Check vehicle tires and test the air pressure.
Change Oil - Drain existing oil from vehicles and replace it with new oil, ensuring that the proper type of oil is used.
Replace Filters - Perform filter replacement in engines, replace , including air filters and oil filters.
Check Electrical Components - Check electrical components on vehicles, such as testing the horn and the lights.
Make Recommendations - For further service on vehicles based on inspections.
Follow Safety Procedures - Follow all company and common-sense safety practices, such as turning engines on only when in a well-ventilated area and ensuring that vehicles are in the right gear before the ignition is turned.
