Model Deployment and Integration: * Architect and standardize model registries and feature stores to support version tracking, lineage, and reproducibility across environments. * Lead the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. * Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing applications and systems. * Implement and maintain APIs for model inference. Infrastructure and Environment Management: * Design and manage training infrastructure including distributed training orchestration, GPU/TPU resource allocation, and automatic scaling. * Implement CI/CD for model workflows using pipelines integrated with model validation, bias checks, and rollback automation. * Build standardized experimentation frameworks for reproducible training, tuning, and deployment cycles (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow). * Manage and optimize the infrastructure required for machine learning operations in cloud. * Work closely with other teams to ensure the availability, security, and performance of machine learning systems. Monitoring and Maintenance: * Implement robust monitoring solutions for deployed machine learning models to detect issues and ensure performance. * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to address and resolve model performance and data quality issues. * Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure optimal performance of machine learning solutions. Automation and Orchestration: * Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for managing machine learning workflows. * Implement orchestration systems to streamline the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adaptive Modeler with a solid background in financial planning and a specialization in Workday Adaptive Planning. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of designing, developing, and implementing robust financial planning and long-range planning models within the Adaptive Planning platform. This role is critical in supporting our organization's financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with finance leadership, business customers, and other members of the data analytics team to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Model Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning. * Process Optimization: Find opportunities to improve and streamline existing financial planning processes through automation and improved model design within Adaptive Planning. * Data Integration & Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive Planning by developing and managing data integrations from various source systems. * Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain dynamic reports, dashboards, and visualizations within Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable insights to finance and business leaders. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as the need arises. * Collaboration & Customer Management: Partner closely with finance business partners, department heads, and executive leadership to understand planning requirements, gather feedback, and ensure models meet evolving business needs. * System Administration & Support: Provide ongoing support and administration for the Adaptive Planning environment. * Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on Adaptive Planning models and processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of model design, processes, and data flows. * Best Practices & Innovation: Know the latest with Adaptive Planning standard processes, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our planning solutions. About You Basic Qualifications * 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). * 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying complex financial planning and analysis models within Adaptive Planning or other EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion) * Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles. * Proven experience in diagnosing business user's needs and developing tailored planning solutions. * Strong data management and data validation skills. Other Qualifications * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical customers. * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Workday Adaptive Planning Certification a plus. * Workday Reporting Certification a plus. * Workday Financials Certification a plus.
