GliaCell is seeking a Senior Cisco Network Engineer / Architect on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

Duties:
You will join a Cloud Service Provider team supporting government customer.
Network infrastructure engineering services includes core infrastructure, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery.
Must have experience architecting network solutions within the IC, to include IP routing, switching and traffic engineering (QoS).
Provide enterprise computing infrastructure solutions associated with on-prem and off-prem distributed cloud systems.
Work with limited supervision; experience taking initiative is a must.
Responsible for recommending strategic architectural direction of the network infrastructure to the customer; provide solutions roadmaps, standards, templates and network documentation.
Provide trouble resolution of features not operating as advertised. When necessary, team with Cisco to resolve unanticipated anomalies.
Ability to provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex systems problems and manage work independently.

Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship.
Computer Science bachelor's degree preferred.
Required 15+ years of experience.
Cisco MPLS, EVPN, VX-LAN.
Cisco IOS, XE, XR, NX-OS, switching, routing, & segment routing.
Continuous integration & test automation.
Security best practices, firewall implementation & VPN technologies.
Cloud (AWS) & virtualization (VDI) experience is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $240,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection.
