The selected case manager will partner closely with CareOregon's Strategic Healthcare Investment for Transformation (SHIFT) initiative - a statewide effort to transform specialty behavioral health organizations so that individuals with behavioral health needs remain at the center of care, and care teams can truly thrive. The Case Managers selected for these positions will provide intensive, coordinated, and trauma-informed case management services to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
