This full-time opportunity functions in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center as an Alarm Monitoring Representative working a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule which includes holidays and weekends.
Alarm Monitoring Operators are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. They are responsible for managing alarm events, verifying security information, notifying and updating emergency services such as fire and police agencies and ensuring customers are properly notified of events. This includes answering a multi-line telephone system and performing data entry. Our job duty is similar to those of a 911 emergency dispatcher. We must be attentive and perform procedures with a quick and accurate response as our industry is life safety.
Your essential functions will include:
Respond to all incoming alarm signals in our automation software according to documented procedures. When deemed appropriate, calls the premise, notifies the authorities, and calls a list of contacts. Logs all information into the automation system immediately and accurately
Answers the multi-line telephone system
Ensures confidentiality of customer information at all times
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, some college Preferred
1-3 years' work experience
Type 30 + words a minute. Candidates must complete a pre-hire assessment for typing
Must be able to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:
Serve as hospital's telephone receptionist welcoming patients and other customers by offering service and assistance in a pleasant and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
Operates computerized telephone console to assure efficient communications; Determines the reason for the customer's contact (both internal and external)and facilitates communications answering calls promptly and forwarding calls to appropriate locations.
Perform public address and paging mechanisms for contacting hospital personnel and physicians according to established standards.
Monitor, assign and replace pagers for staff.
Perform a broad scope of technical operations of the telecommunications system including: Coordinate with departments for telephone repairs, moves and/or changes, insure callers on procedures for Voice mail, paging, help desk questions, etc, Maintain all paging equipment and emergency radios, and
Maintain physician log sheets and daily emergency activity log book
Notify hospital staff of all emergency and critical situations. Have a complete knowledge of hospital disaster plans and the ability to respond immediately following established procedures and protocols.
Record and monitor emergency situations, including: fire alarm panel, security panel, hospital panic alarms, Code Adam alerts, 911 calls and other emergency alarms in a rapid manner, accordingly to established protocols. Notify local police and/or fire when necessary.
Summons/dispatch/page all necessary personnel in an emergency situations. (Code Blue, Trauma, Respiratory, RRT etc.) and records in a daily journal.
Act as an answering service for several departments by locating and paging personnel.

CDL Operator - Environmental & Industrial Services Job Type: Full-time | Year-round work License Required: CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement Job Overview C&K Industrial Services is looking for CDL Operators to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll do more than just drive - you'll operate heavy equipment, support industrial cleaning operations, and work side-by-side with field crews on complex job sites. Key Responsibilities
Transport and set up equipment at job sites and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment
Operate and maintain vacuum trucks, roll-offs, and combination units on job sites and public roads
Assist with field tasks, including hydroblasting, vacuuming, and confined space entry when not driving
Perform equipment inspections, complete DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports), and ensure trucks are clean, fueled, and in proper working condition
Travel to and from job sites - mostly local, with occasional overnight stays
Work closely with project managers, laborers, and other operators on daily tasks
Qualifications
CDL Class B license (Tanker endorsement preferred or willing to obtain)
Manual transmission experience required
Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
Experience operating vacuum trucks, roll-offs, or similar equipment (passenger-only experience not applicable)
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE, and work in tight spaces or at heights
Willing to work in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments

**Shift/Schedule:**
+ Full Time - Scheduled for 40 Weekly Hours
+ Shift Times - Rotating

**Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:**
Serve as hospital's telephone receptionist welcoming patients and other customers by offering service and assistance in a pleasant and professional manner.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Operates computerized telephone console to assure efficient communications; Determines the reason for the customer's contact (both internal and external)and facilitates communications answering calls promptly and forwarding calls to appropriate locations.
+ Perform public address and paging mechanisms for contacting hospital personnel and physicians according to established standards.
+ Monitor, assign and replace pagers for staff.
+ Perform a broad scope of technical operations of the telecommunications system including: Coordinate with departments for telephone repairs, moves and/or changes, insure callers on procedures for Voice mail, paging, help desk questions, etc, Maintain all paging equipment and emergency radios, and Maintain physician log sheets and daily emergency activity log book
+ Notify hospital staff of all emergency and critical situations. Have a complete knowledge of hospital disaster plans and the ability to respond immediately following established procedures and protocols.
+ Record and monitor emergency situations, including: fire alarm panel, security panel, hospital panic alarms, Code Adam alerts, 911 calls and other emergency alarms in a rapid manner, accordingly to established protocols. Notify local police and/or fire when necessary.
+ Summons/dispatch/page all necessary personnel in an emergency situations. (Code Blue, Trauma, Respiratory, RRT etc.) and records in a daily journal.
+ Act as an answering service for several departments by locating and paging personnel.

**Education/Work Experience**
+ High School Diploma/GED (Required)
+ One year of experience as a Telecommunications/Switchboard Operator, 911 Dispatcher, or working in a Call Center (preferred)
