Jay Sunny Bajaj is Digital Management, Inc.’s (DMI) Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Sunny was raised in the technology industry, where both of his parents independently built successful IT services businesses. In 2002, he leveraged his deep understanding of the industry to found DMI. Under Sunny’s leadership, DMI has grown to become a recognized leader in enterprise mobility, big data analytics, strategic consulting, managed services, application development and cybersecurity. The company continues to experience dramatic growth, with an expanding client base that includes all fifteen U.S. Federal Departments and hundreds of Fortune 1000 commercial clients. DMI has received accolades for its growth, innovation and outstanding client service. Sunny earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. Prior to founding DMI, he worked at e-business pioneers AppNet and CommerceOne, as well as Goldman Sachs.

Gary Wood joined MATRIX in 1996 as a sales leader, after a successful career in the computer hardware and software business for almost 20 years. Gary has served in many leadership roles in his time at MATRIX, culminating in his being named CEO in 2018. He has always maintained that understanding the client’s needs is imperative and implementing services and solutions that exceed expectations are his primary focus. The Agile Consulting practice created in 2010 is an example of his strategy, realizing that agility was becoming a much-needed change in order to drive success for clients. Since that time, MATRIX has helped hundreds of clients learn and practice agility.

Mikael brings over 30 years of experience in digital transformation, helping global enterprises harness big data to reimagine their business models and create a long-term sustainable advantage. As a Partner at McKinsey & Company and Chief Operating Officer of McKinsey Analytics, Mikael helped companies create and scale new business strategies enabled by artificial intelligence (AI). Most recently he was CEO and President at MetricStream, where he led its transformation to a SaaS model and championed integration of AI and the launch of its new Integrated Risk Management Platform. In his 25 years at SAS Institute, Mikael helped build the analytics software leader into a multibillion-dollar enterprise and one of the world’s largest privately held software businesses. He ultimately held the positions of Executive Vice President of SAS and President of SAS International.
