Qualifications • 4+ years construction experience • Strong knowledge of building methods and safety standards • Valid driver's license; ability to travel and obtain security clearance • Certifications (or willingness to obtain): OSHA 30, USACE CQM, EM 385-1-1, CPR/First Aid • Preferred: Procore experience, federal/USACE project background SkillBridge Details • Type: On-the-Job Training (OJT) • Schedule: Full-time, standard site hours • Compensation: Unpaid (military pay/benefits continue) • Supervision: Daily mentorship, weekly reviews, career coaching.
