The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. Monitor contractor safety management and verify contractor compliance with their own project specific safety plan, Cal-OSHA, VA requirements. * Maintain list(s) of observed defects and omissions. Prepare inspection punch lists and coordinate resolutions of punch list items.
