Qualifications:

Job Summary
Duties include but are not limited to:

* Demonstrated experience in budget management, such as tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and supporting fiscal decision-making.
* Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering programming and outreach for diverse age groups and community needs.
* Customer service experience: including interpreting and communicating library policies, providing high-quality public service, and effectively managing challenging or escalated situations.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt 37.5 hours per week position. Hours are scheduled at Chinn Park Regional Library Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes days, one evening per week, and alternating weekends as assigned.
