Job Description Crew Members are responsible for providing our guests with an extraordinary experience by arriving to work as scheduled with clean and professional attire, performing their job safely, and preparing our food to the highest quality in a clean & professional environment. Prepares Burgerville products, including portioning, preparing, cooling, and assembling menu items to proper specifications. Knows all allergens present in our menu and follows proper handling to reduce allergen cross contamination. Follows procedures and processes for food safety and quality. Reviews recipes and product builds on a regular basis. Participates in ongoing product and production training to ensure a clear understanding and ability to execute the standard for all menu items. Maintains work areas in a neat, clean and sanitized. Puts away stock and rotates products as Includes using appropriate day labelling and stocking procedures to ensure food and facility safety. Follows safe food handling and cooking procedures including but not limited to hand washing, taking food temperatures, rotating product, and storing food appropriately. Responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment. Uses all personnel protective and safety equipment and maintains equipment log.
