In the 1990’s, Andersen Consulting underwent a transformation in its business and chose to focus its strategy towards technology and Business Process Outsourcing.
But Exxon Mobil, who ended up being the company’s first client, was listed as the one of the highest market cap company in the world in 1995.
Integration chose to acquire the entire business in 1997: their brands, formulae, access to the distribution channels, inventory.
More about the early years of Integration’s history can be read in the chapter "With the help of the Oracle" extracted from the book "How to make a company work in an uncertain country" (Endeavor - Editora Campus, 2005).
João Barros joined Integration in 2006 as a junior consultant.
The success of the offices in Mexico and Argentina led us to open one in Santiago in 2008.
