JOB PURPOSE: The Data Entry Specialist manages data collection, entry, and reporting for all case management services in the Disaster Case Management program. This position works with Case Managers and Supervisors to ensure data and documentation is entered correctly and timely into the data management system. The Data Entry Specialist will compile reports internally for management staff and externally for contract requirements.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete Data Entry of cases and outcome information into the DCM database as assigned by the Lead Data Manager and Program Manager. This will include initial data entry, updates and reports as required. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Complete Reporting and data entry assignments to include data entry into Excel and other platforms as required.
• Review and monitor data quality within the case management Database. Review individual cases using the case management monitoring tool for electronic file completeness and accuracy. Assist with monitoring of the Physical files for completeness and accuracy.
• Documents daily program activities, to include appointment tracking, offsite meetings, and updates.
• General clerical duties (filing, typing, ordering supplies, etc.) Support all staff with data management tasks, special events, or projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma required. Certifications or additional training in data entry strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1 years' experience in data entry and working with data.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

Responsibilities
Arrive at the ballpark no later than one hour prior to the scheduled start time
Double-check and verify all pre-game information: rosters, umpires, weather conditions, etc.
During the game, enter the results of every pitch and game event (plays, substitutions, etc.) using our proprietary software and coding language
Work closely with our game-night support staff (via Slack) to ensure proper scoring of all game events and accuracy of data
After the game, enter all post-game information and validate all stats and data in our scoring software against the box score provided by the Official Scorer.
Routine day-to-day correspondence via email, Slack, voice call and/or text message, to keep current with coverage schedules and other scheduled assignments.
Other game-day responsibilities during Spring Training, the regular season and/or Postseason as determined by Data Operations supervisor(s).
Qualifications and Skills
Exceptional (and demonstrable) knowledge of baseball and how to score a baseball game
Strong computer proficiency (Windows OS, Windows-based software and Chrome browser) and the ability to quickly learn and operate new software
Knowledge and use of Slack chat software
Network connection management (Ethernet, Wi-Fi enabling/Disabling; test MAC Address)
Previous experience (including pressbox exposure) with a professional or college sports team, preferably baseball, is preferred.
Regular availability to attend games in-person as required by the schedule: weekdays, nights and weekends
A "team player" with a great attitude, including but not limited to a willingness to make and learn from mistakes and the ability to work closely and cooperatively (and take direction from) our game-night staff
It is a fun job and we pay people to watch baseball, but it is also an important job and we want people who will take the responsibility seriously.

This is a full time position for our second shift processors (11a-8pm or 12pm-9pm) with an hourly base rate of $15-$16.50, and on top of the base, includes monthly $$ incentives based on volume of loans processed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the processing of incoming applications.
The accurate and timely encoding of information from applications into the database.
Contact the customer for any missing information needed to input the application in a timely manner
Pulling and reviewing credit for each applicant.
Basic knowledge of each department and providing telephone support to the client base in order to accurately address any and all queries they may have prior to the submission of a loan application.
Promptly provide adequate status updates.
The resolution of issues raised by the client.
Responsible for the timely distribution of pertinent physical documents.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
