Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter information into our EMR system (Athena)
-Support billing operations including claim correction and documentation
-Insurance eligibility and verification
-Managing outstanding AR workflows, including both patient balances and insurance follow-up
-Communicate with billing staff and insurance companies as needed
-Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations
-Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in medical billing, coding or outstanding AR is highly preferred
-Familiarity with all major payer types, including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid
-Proficient in using multiple platforms for eligibility checks, claim submission, and insurance portal navigation
-Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
-Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary:
The Maintenance of all aircraft/component records that is compatible with company and FAR 135 requirements. It shall include records of aircraft, engines and such other components and/or maintenance functions that are required by the FARs.
Functions/Responsibilities:
The Aircraft Data Systems Clerk Personnel duties and responsibilities consist of and include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain the retention of historical records for the Aircraft, powerplants and appliances in an efficient manner.
Monitor and program the removal of time-controlled components.
Distribution of aircraft forms and inspection packages.
Check and correct flight log time.
Review aircraft maintenance forms and records. Load data in aircraft computer tracking programs: time-controlled component changes, inspections package data, A.D. note compliance, non-routine forms, deferred items, and aircraft inspection discrepancy work forms etc.
Compile monthly Utilization reports.
Compiles the inspection work packages in advance of the scheduled work.
Perform clerical functions and tasks for he Director of Maintenance as required.
Maintain the computer Tracking System I/A/W this manual.
Requirements
Education / Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiar with ATA code system a plus.
Must be available full-time and work overtime when required.
Minimum 2 years aviation experience - Records experience preferred but not required.

The Data Analysis Software Intern will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following:
Create and maintain PowerBI visualization reports
Design and document automated data analysis pipelines
Document data sources used in the analysis
Develop applications for process automation and standardization
Develop and maintain a timing plan for the above topics
Maintain meeting minutes and schedule of tasks
Assistance with other tasks as needed and determined by management
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Must be currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2
Minimum Sophomore standing or higher
Programming experience in C#, VBA or similar
Practical knowledge of visualization tools, such as Excel or PowerBI
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Interpersonal and organizational skills - must work well on team
Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills - must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, conference calls and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
This is a year-long internship: Up to 40 hours a week during normal business hours (Monday - Friday) over the summer break and a minimum of 20 hours per week while in school.

Objective Provide support for the student records function to ensure that students receive the support services and benefits necessary for successful participation in the Job Corps program while ensuring the maintenance of a uniform systems to account for and document the participation and achievement of program participants.
Brief Description of Duties
* Reviews all incoming information for student records to ensure accuracy and completeness of each form.
* Assists the Records Manager in scheduling sufficient arrivals to achieve and maintain contracted design capacity (On-Board Strength) through collaboration with OA contractors in geographic assignment plan (GAP).
* Collaborates with counselors in returning UA students back to Center. Ensures prompt documentation of UA retrieval efforts in CIS and student personnel files.
* Maintains accountability for the input of students' records and credentials in CIS in compliance with the PRH.
* Ensure performance is accurately tracked and reported and necessary corrective action is taken to achieve the performance outcome goals and quality standards established by the National Director of Job Corps.
* Assists in the development of daily morning reports are made available to all department in a timely manner.
* Coordinates commercial transportation needs of students in compliance with the PRH and Department of Labor Manual Series - DLMS 7 - Travel Management.
* Implement a system to provide clothing allowances for students in the amounts indicated and according to the time schedule shown in the PRH. Records shall include a signed receipt for all clothing allowances issued to the student.
* Implement a uniform system for issuing student personal allowances and transition allowances earned through participation and achievement.
* Prepares arrival pay sheets for students.
* Reviews student folders to ensure they contain necessary paperwork.
* Helps update student profiles (ETA 640).
* Prepares terminated folders.
* Files Student information into permanent folder.
* Works with counselors and Student Personnel Officer on arranging student transportation.
* Assures that personal information about individual students, subject to the Privacy Act, is shared among staff only to the extent necessary to ensure the safety and effective provision of services to students, and no further, in accordance with the Student Rights to Privacy and Disclosure of Information.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all student records documents
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
* Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
* Extensive knowledge of standard office practices and procedures. Skill in operation of variety of office machines

Experience
