This role will report to the Director, Research & Data Strategy and work with other functional teams as needed. The Associate, Data Analytics will serve as a front line data analyst and data manager. Following data documentation and structuring best practices, as well as internal team expectations, the Associate is responsible for data collection, compilation, cleaning, and maintenance. In collaboration with the Managers, Research & Data, the Associate will maintain our database and create data dashboards. Subsequently, this role ensures that all Good Reason Houston workstreams have access to high quality, accurate data to support data-driven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and is passionate about sustaining data excellence at an organization focused on improving outcomes for every child in the Houston region.
