Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related field (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering databases in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or newer. Proven experience with database performance tuning, backup/recovery strategies, and high availability configurations (e.g., Always On, clustering, replication). Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
