    Client is seeking an experienced Entitlement / Development Manager to support multiple private-sector projects in the City of San Diego, including coastal and educational developments. This individual will lead entitlement efforts from strategy through approval and act as a primary front-facing representative with clients, agencies, and consultants. This role will begin on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to a longer-term arrangement (contract extension, 1099, or W-2) based on performance and mutual fit.
