Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Duluth, MN area. This role offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (up to 30 hours/week) opportunities, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training provided. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation. Assist with budgeting, medication administration, and goal achievement. Transport and accompany individuals to community outings, recreational events, and faith-based activities. (Company vehicles provided.) Ensure a safe, supportive environment while implementing behavior support strategies. Foster independence, self-esteem, and community inclusion in all activities. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check Preferred: Previous experience or training in supporting individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities (not required - comprehensive training is provided) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for helping others and making a positive impact Compensation Level I DSP: Weekday Rate: $18.00/hour Weekend Rate: $19.00/hour Shifts Available Weekday Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Weekend Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Note: All staff are required to work one shift every other weekend.
