Job Purpose The Indoor Camp Counselor at Rock Spot Climbing is responsible for creating an awesome camp experience for young climbers. They will monitor safety and create fun activities during our weekly camp programs for youth at our facilities. All activities will be conducted under the direction of the Program Manager.
