Chad worked in IT services, started and sold a tech company, shifted gears to high-volume printing services, and finally landed in Content Management.

Sandy has extensive experience in both public accounting and private industry. She began her career with Ernst & Young in the Entrepreneurial Services Group in New York, where her focus was primarily on young, mid-sized entities. Sandy then moved into the energy sector where she held a variety of senior accounting positions working with an international Income Trust Fund. During her tenure with the Fund she was involved in M&A activities, participating on the buy-side. Sandy has been in the ECM/BPA industry since 2003, joining DataBank and later becoming our Corporate Controller in 2005. She was named Chief Financial Officer in 2008 and also serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the Company. Sandy has been instrumental in the design and development of DataBank’s financial reporting, governance and compliance systems. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is involved in post-graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
