When relevant, coordinates transition from the hospital back to the patient's boundary school; this may include assignment of grades and credit. Maintaining, updating, and continually developing and advancing the University Academy educational curriculum. Conduct academic assessments/testing when clinically appropriate. May issue academic transcripts. Participates in the ordering of educational supplies.
