Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process Improvement Support
Assists project leads in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives by supporting data collection, documenting current-state processes, and applying Lean tools under guidance
Data Collection & Analysis
Gathers, compiles, and analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Performance Metrics & Reporting
Maintains and updates performance dashboards and KPI reports to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible to account teams and leadership
Operational Studies & Observations
Conducts or assists with time studies, equipment utilization reviews, and process observations to inform improvement planning and validate performance changes
Operational Support for Improvement Activities
Assists in the coordination and execution of continuous improvement activities by preparing materials, gathering feedback from frontline teams, and supporting the rollout of new processes or tools across operations
Additional Responsibilities & Operational Support
Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by the Operations and CI&R leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering (preferably Reliability, Industrial, or a related discipline) from an accredited college or university; or 2 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience and/or specialized training in reliability or industrial engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and practical engineering experience
minimum of 2 years of experience in applying the concepts of Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
CMMS platform experience required, Corrigo experience preferred
Maintenance program experience is preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to travel to Canada (valid Passport) preferred
Lean/Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred: Ability to achieve Green Belt certification within 12 months
Strong written and verbal command of the English language required
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including macros, Power Query, pivot tables, formula creation, and troubleshooting
Experienced with CMMS and SharePoint platforms for asset management and document collaboration
Familiarity with SmartSheet and the Microsoft Power Suite-including Power BI and Power Automate-is desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:
Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely:
* Get themselves and necessary tools/equipment onto the rooftop - typically via fixed/extension ladder.
* Work at heights
* Load and unload tools/equipment from work van
* Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs.
* Lifting to shoulder and overhead occasionally up to 25 lbs.
* Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs.
* Climb ladder up to roof height.
* Extend reach overhead in a repetitive motion.
* Manual tandem lifting load up to 125 lbs
What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $39,000 - $77,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

BASIC FUNCTION:
CP&S Municipal group is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to work identified regional areas. This position will drive product specifications at engineering firms and municipalities within an assigned region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Works jointly with CP&S RSMs and Channel Partners to drive specifications of CP&S products regionally.
Identify targets engineering firms and municipalities within the assigned region to educate and present CP&S product value props vs the competition.
Provide leads to the Regional Sales Manager and Channel Partners for key CP&S product offerings.
Coordinates and co-develops with marketing necessary presentations and sales tools to help establish value propositions that drive specifications at the engineer level.
Manage key opportunities and contacts within SalesForce to improve our ability to “Target-Specify-Track-Close” projects along with building long-term relationships with engineering firms and municipalities decision makers.
Analyzes project and firm opportunities through internet and subscription-based lead generation tools.
Assists other departments such as technical services and others within the organization to prepare manuals, technical publications and guide specifications.
Keeps current with market conditions by attending local/regional industry events (Tradeshows) to network with engineering firms, municipalities and industry influencers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Preferred BA in Engineering, P.E. designation is a plus
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Municipal Industry-Specific Sales or Engineering Experience

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:
Setup and perform repetitive technical electronic test functions with the assistance of more senior technicians and the aide of written procedures and instructions.
Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
Perform simple electronic assembly such as installing a select-on test component or soldering a tap wire on an inductor during filter alignment in order to get the product to perform to specification properly.
Perform simple mechanical assembly such as installing a cover or installing cables in order to get the product to perform to specification properly.
Required to perform component level troubleshoot and repair of RF hopping filters and subassemblies such as digital controllers, RF Platforms, etc.
Use of schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
Standard product technicians will use Agilent/HP Network Analyzers, and automated tests sets.
Perform simple continuity tests on wire harnesses per manufacturing drawings and / or wire charts.
Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include:
Must be well versed in the use of common RF test equipment (including calibration & troubleshooting).
Must have knowledge of RF filter principles such as bandwidth, Q, insertion loss, and return loss as well as an advance understanding of filter alignment and component function.
Basic PC skills are required for data entry and use of test software.
Demonstrates ability to read schematics and troubleshoot simple circuits.
Exposure to commonly used test equipment such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, power supplies, spectrum analyzer and network analyzer.
Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.
Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to read drawings and schematics.
Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification.
Requirements Include:
Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2-year degree in an electronics field from an accredited college, university or technical school required.
