Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Install new HVAC units, brazing, line sets, trimming refrigerant and adding charge. * Install piping systems to include but not limited to drain piping, p-traps, water lines, gas lines valves and actuators * Install coils, compressors, condensers, fans, motors, combustion equipment, and industrial air compressors. * Perform start up, testing and commissioning on RTU's, Air Handlers, VAV's, Fan Coil units, swamp coolers and other Commercial HVAC Equipment * Test lines, components, and connections for leaks, brazing and soldering parts as necessary to repair defective joints. * Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
