What you bring to the table: 5+ years of experience directly managing mechanics and engineers Demonstrated success in leading / managing others in matrix environment. Leading large CapEx projects - end to end (Design, Sourcing, Quoting, Installation, Follow Up, etc) Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
