Design and develop instructional content on racial and social equity, including storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, and eLearning modules. Select and integrate appropriate learning technologies, authoring tools, and media formats to enhance engagement and retention.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, analytics, and feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications

To support the implementation of restorative approaches as part of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS), Restorative Practices Facilitators will work with school training and implementation plan. Facilitators will work with teachers and staff to implement restorative administrators and members of the school improvement team to develop the school's restorative practices approaches proactively and responsibly to address students' sense of belonging in the classroom community, increase academic mindset, improve the climate and culture of the classroom and school community, and implement restorative approaches to misbehavior. This person will work with the administration and relevant school teams to develop a school action plan, set goals, implement supporting activities, and provide evidence of success.

Collaborate with the team to develop recommended assessment questions designed to elicit responses that support talent development for OGC personnel.
Administer 360-degree assessments to collect feedback from superiors, subordinates, peer colleagues, and clients for each OGC individual.
Coordinate with assessed OGC individuals to schedule assessments at their convenience.
Ensure the confidentiality of respondent responses throughout the assessment process.
Provide individualized written and verbal feedback to enhance each OGC individual's leadership and attorney development.
Assist in generating recommendations for the Deputy General Counsel (DGC) regarding the administration of 360-degree assessments for OGC personnel.

The CTS III is responsible for providing world-class training and clinical support to physicians and staff to effectively drive LAL adoption. The CTS III plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of LAL-specific clinical methods and fostering full operational integration of the LDD within each practice. CTS IIIs are responsible for clinical efficiency, executing adoption strategies, and ensuring assigned accounts meet key clinical benchmarks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Train Physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices and pearls.
* Partner with designated Customer Development Managers (CDMs) to execute LAL adoption strategies, including identification of training gaps, underutilizing surgeons, outcomes analysis, and ongoing performance tracking.
* Collaborate on the development and execution of 30/60/90-day clinical adoption plans tailored to each customer site's opportunity and growth objectives.
