About the team
As Commercial Counsel primarily supporting Stripe's Stablecoin & Crypto team, you will lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations, advise on product launches, and help scale Stripe's legal and operational infrastructure. You will work closely with Sales, Product Legal, Partnerships, Risk, Tax, Operations, and external counsel to enable safe, compliant, and commercially sound growth of Stripe's crypto, stablecoin, and wallet offerings.

What you'll do Responsibilities
Support the Sales team, with particular focus on Stripe's Stablecoin & Crypto team, leading negotiations and advising on a wide range of commercial and legal issues
Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market, including drafting service terms and providing contractual, commercial, and user-experience advice for launches

Serve as a proactive and strategic business partner to senior managers and act as a trusted advisor on commercial strategy and risk
Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and other resources to help the Sales team sell our products confidently and compliantly
Act as a point of escalation for outside counsel and manage outside counsel relationships when matters require external expertise

About the role
We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, and business-minded Lead Commercial Counsel on the Legal & Compliance Team. What you will do

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish Family Preservation plans for clients and families who have open cases within the Nisqually Children and Family Services (ICW) program.
* Maintain effective communication and team work with other associated programs that are required of the client and court for family preservation plans.
* Intake and maintain client files, enter client information into database and keep up to date with data entry on open and closed cases.
* Supervise visitation with children and their parents.
* Attend court hearings when Nisqually children are involved in dependency proceedings even when out of jurisdiction.
* Make case notes and complete monthly reports on cases.
* Transport Children and Families to needed services.
* Perform welfare checks when reported or as needed.
* Perform CPS investigations with Washington State and the Nisqually Police Department.
* Recommend transfer of proceedings from State courts to Tribal Courts and initiate proceedings in Tribal Court as required.
* Keep the Tribal Court informed of the child's status through reports and participation in review hearings as requested by the Court.
* Assist children and families and encourage involvement in available services.
* Identify and develop resources on the reservation designed to enhance each child's potential as a responsible member of the community.

* Work with other agencies such as the Washington State Liaison and DSHS for the benefit of children and families, case planning, and to provide resource information for clients.

Community Assisted Response & Engagement (CARE) is hiring Community Crisis Responder I's as part of the expansion of the Community Crisis Response (CCR) Unit. These positions will be responsible for being the first-line responder as a part of a team with other CCR team members and will report to a Community Crisis Responder Supervisor.
CARE manages Seattle's 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency response, working with other Public Safety Departments, including Seattle Police and Seattle Fire, to ensure a safe and healthy community. CARE expands the city's ability to enhance public safety through Dual Dispatch, which provides additional mental health professionals to respond to people experiencing non-violent mental health crises or quality of life concerns.
Seattle 9-1-1 processes more than 900,000 telephone calls for service annually, the majority of which result in the dispatch of police, fire, rescue, and Community Crisis Responders.
The CCR Units operate on shifts to ensure citywide coverage seven days a week. Community Crisis Responders will be scheduled for 40 hours a week with the potential for overtime.
* Provide rapid response and crisis intervention to individuals who have come to the attention of Seattle 9-1-1.
* Assess individuals to rapidly identify urgent needs related to substance use disorder, mental illness, environmental threats, and personal safety to determine best course for care or to recommend ongoing case management (medical care, substance use treatment, therapeutic support, etc.)

This individual will assess, plan, administer, evaluate and provide safe occupational therapy. This will include progression of treatment goals and patient and family education. The OT1 will assess and treat a patient caseload ranging from routine to complex patient problems and situations and utilize training in the evaluation and treatment process. Collaborate with other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of patient care. Implement treatment programs, which include addressing sensorimotor deficits, daily living skills, cognition and therapeutic adaptations. This may include use of therapeutic exercise, physical agents, manual therapy, and splinting.
**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Demonstrate working knowledge of disease process, precautions, typical medical treatment and diagnostic procedures, functional abilities, complications, and implications of long-term deficits related to primary diagnoses. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the developmental stages and their effects on hospitalizations. Demonstrate proficiency in the evaluation and assessments of patients ages 0-18 years (and adults with developmental delays placing them at a developmental age between 0-18) with a variety of complex and multiple medical issues. Create care plans based on admit diagnosis and medical issues impacting stay, assessment of the child's current developmental stage, temperament, coping style, culture, spirituality, potential stressors, patient and family needs, and social supports. Provide a diverse, well-rounded, goal directed treatment program to meet patient's psychosocial and developmental needs. Demonstrates competence in providing developmental, educational, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and their families under stress of hospitalization, illness, death and/or loss. Serves as a resource to other disciplines in the developmental needs of pediatric and adolescent populations; attends patient care rounds including pediatric and burn rounds regularly. Documents evaluation, intervention, strategies for treatment and recommendations for other team members in online medical records. Communicate interventions to care team members with emphasis on goals, progress, and discharge planning. Participates in selected department activities/projects to promote delivery of quality care to the pediatric population. Provides education and training to other care team members. Monitors supplies and requests supplies when needed. Maintains professional growth and development through conferences, seminars, and professional affiliations as appropriate. Assists with training of volunteers. Provides objective feedback on peer evaluations Practices UW Service Culture Guidelines. Contributes to the efficient operation of clinic and/or workgroup. Community Assisted Response & Engagement (CARE) is hiring Community Crisis Responder II's as part of the expansion of the Community Crisis Response (CCR) Unit. These positions will be responsible for being the first-line responder as a part of a team with other CCR team members and will report to a Community Crisis Responder Supervisor.
CARE manages Seattle's 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency response, working with other Public Safety Departments, including Seattle Police and Seattle Fire, to ensure a safe and healthy community. CARE expands the city's ability to enhance public safety through Dual Dispatch, which provides additional mental health professionals to respond to people experiencing non-violent mental health crises or quality of life concerns.
Seattle 9-1-1 processes more than 900,000 telephone calls for service annually, the majority of which result in the dispatch of police, fire, rescue, and Community Crisis Responders. The CCR Units operate on shifts to ensure citywide coverage seven days a week. Community Crisis Responders will be scheduled for 40 hours a week with the potential for overtime.
* Lead and handle more complex crisis intervention level cases to individuals who have come to the attention of Seattle 9-1-1.
* Provide guidance and consultation to Community Crisis Responder I staff.
* Manage communications equipment to maintain contact with dispatchers and other personnel.
* Complete assessments of assigned clients through personal interviews to determine if or what assistance is necessary to achieve and/or maintain mental or health sufficiency.
* Assess/triage individual cases, potentially delegating less significant care navigation needs to the CCR-Is.
* Recommend to persons in crisis appropriate governmental and nonprofit supports and programs (such as SSI, ABD, VA services), or to identify shelter options and housing support.
* Support and promote alternatives to jail and hospitalization to stabilize and improve the outcomes for community members experiencing behavioral or mental health crises.
* Develop and implement individual client service plans; act as a liaison and coordinate services between program participants and agencies; contact and monitor service providers; contact client in person or by phone; terminate client services.
* Follow-up and or counsel clients and/or families and provide crisis intervention services; and identify and resolve obstacles to service delivery. Identify clients in unsafe situations and seek solutions such as protective supervision or alterative living situation.
* Prepare written status reports or case management notes, document interviews, observations, and recommendations in database, in compliance with HIPAA and department policy and ethical standards.
* Participate in departmental meetings providing insight and trend data concerning crisis intervention issues.
* Collaboratively work with other Community Crisis Responders, Clinical Supervisor, and Department leadership to determine client eligibility for programs and authorize and/or recommend appropriate services.
* Develop and maintain client files and working relationships with service providers to obtain current information on resources available and eligibility requirements.
* Support in the development and implementation of curriculum/learning sessions when appropriate.
* Lead, coordinate, and provide support in key administrative functional areas of the Community Crisis Response Program.
