Basic Purpose
Positions in this job family are responsible for establishing contact with both internal and external customers. They provide the customer with the requested information or assistance concerning the services provided by the agency, institution, or unit, or direct this request to those who can provide the service. Collaborates with other associates and lines of business to make referrals in order to meet and/or exceed designated individual and branch goals.
Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the teller line including processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR) and vault, and basic branch operations functions.
Adheres to all company compliance and guidelines. Is knowledgeable of procedures and processes affecting the Relationship Banker position. Complies with all security and operations procedures, including but not limited to, maintaining dual control functions, and records administration, including completing various logs and reports.
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
