Performs a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing suffixes, renewing term deposits, and assisting members with questions and account problems. Answers members' questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively cross-sells Credit Union services. Performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions, and assists other Member Service Representatives with duties as required. Serves members promptly and professionally. Assists members to achieve their financial success, by promoting the products and services that CASE has to offer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1. Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of MSR I functions. a. Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. b. Receives deposits, loan payments, late payments, payroll starts, stops, and changes. c. Processes cash advances, gift cards, stamps, cashiers' checks, money orders, stop payments, wires, service center transactions. d. Disburses cash or check withdrawals. e. Processes transfers. f. Balances daily transactions and verifies totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions. h. Ability to open and close branch locations. i. Presents and explains Credit Union services and products to members and assists in meeting their financial needs. Orders checks for members' accounts. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with other departments and with management. a. Assists other departments as required. b.
