Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and a track record of longevity in previous positions. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. Previous experience in a call center or a role that involved high-volume calls is required Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service. Capacity to work independently and complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
