POSITION SUMMARY
ITS has an immediate opening for a VicePresident of Parcel in our Sparks, NV location. This position reports to the President of Distribution & Fulfillment Services and is responsible for the continued development, strategy and ongoing execution of ITS' small parcel revenue channel. This position is responsible for building a team to support carrier sourcing, developing and maintaining long term management of carrier relationships, developing parcel solutions to leverage existing customers' volumes, supporting new business opportunities, and identifying and implementing best-in-class technology. This individual will work closely with the operations leadership team, IT, account management, sales, and carriers to ensure customer expectations are met.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop, implement, and execute a strategic vision for the Parcel division that parallels or exceeds ITS' other service offerings.
- Lead all areas of parcel execution - to include sales goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, innovation, labor, technology, and strategic decisions.
- Accountable for Parcel P&L.
- Lead the organization in parcel carrier diversification and optimization - to include alternative, national, and niche carrier management, zone skipping strategy, and spend allocation.
- Drive strategic technology advancement across the division in all aspects - to include customer facing technologies, back-office automation, and carrier monitoring.
- Develop sales growth plans by adding new sales opportunities while developing incremental sales growth through existing customers in ITS' other service lines.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide recommendations on parcel solutions for our customers: product tracking, rerouting, costing and usage alternatives to increase business share.
- Continually improve small parcel carrier partnerships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate vendor performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and driving innovative outcomes.
- Lead sourcing activities via RFPs to identify and qualify new or reduced-cost supply sources as required by category strategies.
- Establish, manage, and measure to a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in being part of building a successful small parcel service line with a focus on customer service and growth, best-in-class claims management, superior technology and carrier relationships.
Additional requirements include:

This position will have responsibility for performing day-to-day operational activities of the Warehouse Financing business and its clients. Customer relations focus with SitusAMC business partners and their clients.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs, including uploading data tapes, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, execution of fundings, margin calls, servicing updates and loan settlements,
+ Provide direct operational support with the use of technical and operational solutions for external clients and lending partners
+ Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their lending partners.
+ Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client presentations
+ Performing tasks and reporting related to warehouse financing in ProMerit
+ Professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, zooms and email
+ Coordinate meetings, send out meeting planners and take notes on calls
+ Analyze and process client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines
+ Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
+ Liaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements
+ Collaborate with marketing team to prepare materials for external distribution
+ Support ad-hoc projects and other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
+ 2 plus years related industry experience and/or training preferred, highly regulated
+ Knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business; including use and support of the ProMerit technology platform, warehouse financing operational activities, client services, presentation skills & ability to take on other strategic initiatives
+ Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structure through business term sheet interpretation
+ Proficient skills and working knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. calculations, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) PowerPoint, Word, WLS and ProMerit, ADO
+ Self-motivated, adapts to changes in the work environment, manages time with competing demands, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
+ Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops creative or alternative solutions; demonstrates attention to detail; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
+ Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills; ability to think critically; requires minimal supervision; displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively; adapts to new technologies

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
