Robert “Bob” Biesterfeld serves as the Chief Executive Officer of C.H. Robinson. With 20 years of experience, Bob has developed a deep passion for supply chain and logistics. Ryan is a cross industry Fortune 500 CEO and General Manager with leadership experience in Real Estate, Consumer Finance (especially Card), and Technology/Data. He has substantial experience with technology and digital transformation, public policy and regulatory affairs. He is currently CEO and Board Director at Realogy, the largest residential real estate brokerage company with ~$6B in revenue and over 10,000 FTE. He serves as a Director of Anthem, a F50 leading US healthcare company. Ryan joined Realogy after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One. Most recently, he was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, for nine years leading all of the company's consumer and small business credit card businesses in the United States, U.K. and Canada. Before leading Capital One's Card businesses, Ryan led Capital One's Auto Finance business. Ryan joined Capital One in 2002 and held a variety of Executive Vice President leadership positions. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance. Ryan received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.
