Cristal Metals, Inc. was formerly known as Cristal US, Inc. and changed its name to Cristal Metals, Inc. in October 2012. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Woodridge, Illinois. As of October 16, 2008, Cristal Metals, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of The National Titanium Dioxide Company Ltd.
