What you bring to the role:
Experience & Education: 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Design Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools
AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience using AI design and video tools such as Midjourney, Google Veo, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms for professional projects.

Assists with ideation and design of Club and stadium signage, including mockups and print-ready files for large scrims, billboards, and public adverts
Collaborates with multiple internal departments to deliver requested creative elements that meet functional needs and aesthetically match the club's brand guidelines across Comms, Commercial, Corporate, Content, and sporting departments

Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a graphic design or related program
Passion for visual design and learning new methods of designing digital experiences
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong design fundamentals; solid typography, composition, and great attention to detail
Able to work non-traditional hours and weekends in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
Able to work for the entirety of the 2026 MLS & NWSL season
Understanding of both digital and print design workflows and principles
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to present and defend your thought process
Team-centric attitude and approach
Ability to pass a background check and become SafeSport Certified
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish bilingual
Basic knowledge of soccer is not required, but highly suggested.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This role is primarily performed in a professional office and stadium environment and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer and using standard office equipment.
