Key Responsibilities * Complete and analyze daily and weekly pace, distribute with insightful commentary to the executive team. * Monitor 365 reservation activity and pick up and inventory changes. * Analyze 90 - 365-day Pricing Strategy and implement necessary pricing/distribution channel adjustments. * Prepare daily pace pick-up reports, reservations activity reports, weekly yield sheets, and weekly STAR reports. * Review DSR report from accounting; evaluate adjustments, complimentary rooms, no-show revenue capture etc. * Assist in ad hoc reporting, Restaurant RM related reporting, and load any promotional rates as directed by Area Revenue Managers or DOR. * Support weekly and monthly forecasting. * Prepare weekly 14-18 day forecasts for the Hotel Operations team * Maintain STR and Monday report data submission. * Assist in completing and submitting Kimpton monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports * Attend weekly regional call and bi-monthly Hotel Revenue Management & Distribution team call with Home Office. * Submit property occupancy, ADR, and revenue statistics by market segment into Daystar extranet. * Complete production reports and ownership report monthly. * Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
