The Restaurant Facilities Technician will report to the Restaurant Facilities Lead. The Restaurant Facilities Technician will support assigned restaurants as business needs dictate. Day to day responsibilities include: + Conducting maintenance travel paths and planning and prioritizing preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance issues within the restaurant. Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support. + Help maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and conducting basic to intermediate repairs. + Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and conducting basic cleaning functions.
