Seat all guests in a professional and courteous manner
Use necessary computer programs to book reservations
Organize the host(ess) stand and make sure all menus and silverware are prepared for service

Responsibilities

Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations.
If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.
Contact a management member if they are unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making.
Ability to handle cash accurately is required.
Always maintains clean and sanitary workstation.
Ensures bar equipment is clean & well maintained.
