Little River Childcare provides care for children ranging in ages 0 to 5 years of age with the exception of our school-age summer care program.
You will be required upon hiring to complete Pediatric First Aid/CPR, growing futures training courses, and a guided 2 day orientation. We do provide paid training to all of our new staff that come and join our team!
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, which means NO weekend shifts!
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass finger printing and a background check
- Passionate about working with children of all ages
- Able to work with children of different developmental stages
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (We will pay to get you certified if needed!)
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying preferred but NOT required
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members on a daily basis
- Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment for all children in your care at all times
Responsibilities:
