Serve as a bridge between disparate IT Ops systems to ensure they efficiently work together; improving productivity, streamline workflows and enable data driven decision making for IT operational teams. Develop and build extensible and reusable prototypes to address specific customer use case scenarios as part of sales or delivery engagements. Support growth initiatives and deliver work products, inclusive of presentations, narrated videos, marketing materials, develop automation playbooks and scripts, and more. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve platform capabilities. Provide technical writing and systems engineering expertise to create implementation artifacts such as build, configuration, reference, and deployment guides, and OV-1/SV-1 diagrams of engineered solutions. Implement and optimize tools that natively provide AI/ML capabilities within the customers IT Ops toolchain to enable detection of performance anomalies, prediction of outages, automate incident responses, and improve overall operational resilience of the IT Infrastructure.
