Manage repository governance, branch policies, pull request workflows, and overall CI/CD compliance across the development organization. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (Masters preferred). 5+ years managing Agile or DevOps software delivery projects in enterprise environments. 7+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably with GitHub. Enterprise or similar tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows. Experience with backlog management, sprint reporting, and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with CI/CD automation, including GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
