I like the environment of sales! My team has good chemistry, and we work hard while keeping each other focused.

I have no reason to complain. I am looking for something else because my wife and I have a baby boy on the way! I'm always open to seeing if there is a better opportunity out there.

As far as benefits go? I love the fact that Insight offers an HSA. Compensation wise? I love that we had a ramp up period of full guarantee on commission to get us started.

I worked with very intelligent people. Working remotely was very convenient, although it does help to occasionally brainstorm with colleagues.
