Assay addition & application installation on Cobas 6000, which consists of:
β’ Schedule appointment with customer and set customer expectations
β’ Configure new assay, calibrator, controls & load reagent, calibrate, evaluate QC
β’ Run precision, linearity, and correlations
β’ Assist with interfacing of new assay
β’ Evaluate validation data and present it to customer (this can be performed by data analyst and
reviewed by local FAS or the rep at the second appointment if necessary)
β’ Determines cost effective repair/resolutions to minimize customer downtime
β’ Provides feedback and documents product failure trends and service ability issues
β’ Responsible for ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction with equipment and related products
β’ Identifies revenue generating and cost saving opportunities.
β’ Maintains expenses within departmental guidelines and controls inventory and all company property
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in a Biomedical or equivalent field (preferred)
β’ Effective communication skills, helpful customer interaction, and organizationally sound
β’ Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machinery/hardware using established
procedures preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting (preferred)
β’ Med Tech background huge plus but not required

This job is indoors in a traditional manufacturing/warehouse setting. Activities will include both sitting and standing. These activities will occur in the production areas. Although the position is indoors there will be varying temperatures between different areas.

**Job Duties**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Less than 2 years related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
+ Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
+ Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
+ Industry related training is preferred
+ Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Overview
The position Ice Technician is responsible for the ice rink, proper safe operation of the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) and maintenance of all areas of the facility. The ice technician will report to the Operations Manager/Director of Ice Rink.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

Responsibilities
You will be required to learn how to maintain the rink ice. This includes learning to drive and operate: the ice resurfacing machine (Zamboni), ice rink edger, and other ice rink tools and applications.
You will also be in charge of making sure the arena is cleaned and operating at an optimal level at all times.
This includes but is not limited to: cleaning and locking down locker rooms, cleaning and maintaining restroom facilities, and making sure arena lobbies are presentable at all times.
Maintains excellent customer and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Valid driver's license.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays in addition to traditional business hours.
Must be able to work in a loud noise environment at times.

Basic understanding/willingness to learn hockey rules and regulations.
