Kevin Wheeler was named to lead the company’s water heating operations in the U. S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and India in September 2011. He has profit and loss responsibility for the 11 brands that make up this business unit. The unit’s operations include 13 facilities and more than 3,800 employees. Kevin was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of A. O. Smith’s U. S. Retail Water Heaters in May 2007, responsible for the company’s retail Strategic Business Unit including the Whirlpool, Kenmore, U.S. Craftmaster, and Reliance brands. He joined A. O. Smith as a regional sales manager for its Water Products Company division in 1994. He also served as Managing Director of the Company’s Veldhoven, the Netherlands, operation, and as Vice President-International, responsible for the company’s residential and commercial water heating business outside the United States and Canada. Prior to joining A. O. Smith, Wheeler held sales management positions with American Water Heater Company of Johnson City, Tenn., and Bradford-White Corporation, a water heater manufacturer headquartered in Ambler, Pa. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno with a Bachelor’s degree in finance.

D. James Umpleby III is an American businessman. He became the CEO of Caterpillar Inc. as of January 2017, and chairman of the Caterpillar board of directors in December 2018.

Vicente Reynal is president and chief executive officer of Ingersoll Rand. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Vicente served as chief executive officer of Gardner Denver since January 2016 and was a member of its board of directors. In this role, he was responsible for leading the company and driving its overall growth and profitability as a global supplier of innovative and application-critical flow control products, services and solutions. He joined Gardner Denver in May 2015 as the chief executive officer of its Industrials Segment. Before joining Gardner Denver, Vicente spent 11 years at Danaher Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of professional, medical, industrial and commercial product and services, where he served as the group president of Dental Technologies from December 2013 to May 2015, leading the KaVo Kerr Group. He also held various other executive positions at Danaher Corporation, including president of the Ormco business from October 2011 to December 2013, president of the Pelton & Crane, KaVo business from 2007 to 2011 and vice president Global Operations for the Danaher Motion Platform from 2004 to 2007. Prior to joining Danaher, Vicente served in various operational and executive roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and AlliedSignal Corp. (which merged with Honeywell, Inc. to become Honeywell International, Inc. in 1999). Vicente holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Master of Science degrees in both mechanical engineering and technology & policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Brian Chambers became the president of the Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt business in October 2014. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager for this business since 2013. Chambers has also been vice president and managing director of Engineered Solutions in the Composite Solutions Business of Owens Corning. He spent almost four years prior as president of Saint Gobain’s Distribution Business in North America. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2000, Chambers worked in a variety of commercial and operational roles with Honeywell, BOC Gases and an international engineering firm.

Gene Lowe was named president and chief executive officer of the new SPX Corporation in 2015. In this leadership role, he is responsible for driving the company’s overall growth and profitability as a diversified, global supplier of infrastructure equipment focused on three key segments: HVAC, detection and measurement, and power. Gene joined SPX in 2008, holding multiple strategic leadership positions, most recently as the president of SPX’s Thermal Equipment and Services segment. His tenure at SPX also includes roles leading the Evaporative Cooling business and the marketing, strategy, and business development functions within the Thermal segment where he focused on driving differentiation through technology innovation and operational initiatives. Prior to joining SPX, Gene held positions with Milliken, Bain & Company and Lazard Technology Partners. Gene earned his MBA with distinguished honors from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and his B.S. in management science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Sachin Lawande is currently President of HARMAN’s Infotainment Division. Mr. Lawande is responsible for all worldwide operations, direction, and performance of the division, as well as infotainment design, engineering, and production. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lawande served the dual role as the Co-President of HARMAN’s Lifestyle and Infotainment Divisions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-President, Automotive Division at Harman, responsible for guiding software strategy, development partnerships, and key customer relationships. He was instrumental in launching an offshore development center in India as part of Harman's strategy for optimizing its global engineering footprint. Mr. Lawande joined Harman International in 2006, following senior roles at QNX Software Systems and 3Com Corporation. As Vice President of Engineering Services of QNX Software Systems, Mr. Lawande was responsible for pre- and post-sales customer support, custom engineering, system integration, design consulting, and training services at QNX Software. While at QNX, he oversaw the market introduction of new operating system capabilities, such as power management, advanced graphics, and enhanced networking features. Before joining QNX, Mr. Lawande was responsible for development of networking and consumer electronics systems at corporate giants such as AT&T Bell Labs, U.S. Robotics, and 3Com. He was a key contributor to an array of leading-edge products, including the Total Control remote access server, U.S. Robotics Sportster modems, and 3Com's Ergo product line. Mr. Lawande has a wealth of experience in developing embedded systems and software. He holds three patents in Communications Software and is a founding Member of COMPASS, a Chicago-area organization of embedded software and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University in India and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.

Mr. Arnold has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, a power management company, since June 1, 2016. From September 2015 to May 2016, Mr. Arnold served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Eaton Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Arnold served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Sector, of Eaton Corporation. From 2000 to 2008 he served as Senior Vice President of Eaton Corporation and Group Executive of the Fluid Power Group of Eaton. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Arnold was employed in a series of progressively more responsible positions at General Electric Company from 1983 to 2000. Mr. Arnold was appointed to the Board of Directors of Eaton Corporation in 2015. Mr. Arnold is a former Director of Covidien plc.
